Hi my NVS200 ,has difficulties to connect to wifi , always showing unknown SSID , disconnected , all my other equipment is connecting without issues , also what i noticed  it will not remember network SSID and password associated, please consider in next update , why it will require to input the password after power off?? my NVS200  has soft version 48.1.2.33 , system v 3.1.2 . Please send my some link to download as I can not connect to WIFI , also there is option wired in menu , but LAN port is missing!!!

Dear sir ,Thank for your support our company ,and this problem u can do the nvs200 upgrade  in the syetem setting .

the latest firmware is 35 .the wifi problem can be solve .u have a try .thx .

Sorry , but when I power the NVS on , I see Vstarcam logo , then I see only nice picture of blue see and blue sky and no any other menu ?? touch panel is not reacting . When I power down with top button then small power down menu is coming with 3 options ower off, Airplane mode, Silent mode , so after Power off is pressed unit will power down. I have those two screens picture available.
So I can not update the NVS with normal method , please advise .

Ok , solved , after removing hardisk unit start working properly , I had Seagate 500GB hybrid inside .
