Hi.
The C7816wip uid: VSTA... has firmware:  48.54.72.102 web-app:   EN53.8.1.14 and I can do all the things with cam via http without any issue but eye4 SuperIPCam.exe, Vstarcam IP Camera Super Client "can not connect to camera" and eye4 iPhone mobile client says "the status of cam is "Offline" ". Camera was registered at 2017-12-06. I suppose that camera registration info does not correspond your server registration info. So could you re-registry my camera? Or please give me a suggestion to solve this issue. Thanks

Hi, Sir/Madam,
All of our camera's initial passoword is 888888.
please power on camera, then long press reset button for about 5-20 seconds till camrea began to reboot.
