C7837WIP Camera "initializing" then stops

For the past few days my iPhone app won't allow me to access my camera. On my app I get to the "initializing" screen and then the app cuts out back to the blue Eye4 screen. I've tried reinstalling the app but nothing works.

When the CD was insert in the room then all setup of the software has been installed with the auto started method. I had reset camera and reboot and add new camera from new app. but despite all its still struck at initialing (initializing ) screen. something wrong with your firmware. or it is to force user to buy other brands.

Check your internet connection: Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network. Poor network connectivity can cause the camera to fail to initialize.

If the issue persists, you may want to try deleting the app and reinstalling it. However, before doing so, make sure that you have backed up any important data from the app, such as photos or videos, as deleting the app will remove all app data.
