C95 Doorbell

Hi,

I just installed the Doorbell and installed the Eye4 app. Although i can access the doorbell through the app and see video/audio i dont receive any notification when someone rings the bell. That is the case even when the app is open on my screen. How can i fix that?

I can access it to receive video/audio but  i rarely get any ring notification. I have installed/tested the eye4 app on many different devices (Apple Ipad, Huawei P9, Bluestacks and MLS giant Tab) all of them having the same behaviour. It seems to me that the problem is server related.

Hi, please Open phone APP, such as phone Eye4 APP, go to setting-->alarm setting, enable "motion detection alarm" and select motion detection type.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please upgrade camera firmware to the latest version to the lateset version in APP, what is more, tell me your APP account username and camera UID to me .

C95 has a ring button installed which when pressed notifies you through the EYE4 app that there is a guest waiting. This notification is never forwarded to an android device.

So what is actually happening? there is either a SERVER BUG OR AN APP BUG THAT MAKES THE C95 VSTARCAM DOORBELL UNSTABLE. IT DOES NOT WORK STADILY AND PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN EU (EUROPE)SHOULD NEVER BUY IT. CUSTTOMER SUPPORT IS REALLY BAD,  MOST OF THE PEOPLE DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH (ONLY CHINESE) AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO OR SAY BESIDES COPYING AND PASTING A SIMPLE MANUAL. I  will try to raise awareness regarding the poor quality of your product in Google Play (Eye4 app), forums. ebay, exc. PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW about that product and VSTARCAM in general.

Dear Sir/Madam,
you must turn on "motion detection alarm" first,  Ring notifaction will be available after motion detetion opened,
what's more, for android phone, you need to open Eye4 APP notifiactions and permissions in your phone settings.
