I wonder how many other customers of Vstarcam have had the same problem and, like me, have not got an appropriate email assistance from Banggood, also causing damage to the manufacturer Vstarcam. In fact, I had bought a first C15S a few months ago and I could not make it work because I was following wrong instructions and the Banggood technician, after so many emails, decided to send me a second camera, convinced that the first one did not work.
I think it would be more efficient and inexpensive to provide more qualified after-sales assistance and correct instructions within the packages sold. I live in Italy and I think that for the Asian market there are better instructions, otherwise Vstarcam would have many problems after sales!
Now I would like to record the data of the C15S with the GUUDGO GD-NR01and I ask who I can contact in case of need of further technical assistance,
