Hello,
I have a C37A occasionally in use in the last two years (only using it for a few days a year). Newly the webinterface is not reachable a few minutes after powering on the cam. When I do a power cycle, the cam responds again normally, but fails again after a few minutes.
When the problem occurs, the webinterface doesn't respond, no new connection is possible. If a video stream is already running, it is still alive, but none of the webinterface-functions are working. Pinging the cam is also possible of course.
I have upgraded the Firmware from 48.50.130.75 to 48.50.130.85, reflashed the Web UI EN130.11.1.11 (was already the newest version) and did a Factory Reset (from webinterface and with the button), but the problem still persists.
No matter if using LAN or WLAN.
Any suggestions?
