C37A webinterface not reachable after a few minutes

Hello,

I have a C37A occasionally in use in the last two years (only using it for a few days a year). Newly the webinterface is not reachable a few minutes after powering on the cam. When I do a power cycle, the cam responds again normally, but fails again after a few minutes.

When the problem occurs, the webinterface doesn't respond, no new connection is possible. If a video stream is already running, it is still alive, but none of the webinterface-functions are working. Pinging the cam is also possible of course.

I have upgraded the Firmware from 48.50.130.75 to 48.50.130.85, reflashed the Web UI EN130.11.1.11 (was already the newest version) and did a Factory Reset (from webinterface and with the button), but the problem still persists.

No matter if using LAN or WLAN.

Any suggestions?

Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your message, please don't reboot camera when connect webinterface,  the http port will be changed,
what's more, please choose IE browser or browser based on IE.

Thanks for your reply.

Of course I don't reboot the cam when it is in use. The cam is running and working for a while, then suddenly it doesn't respond anymore. Then I have to reboot to get the cam working again.

No matter which browser I use.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Make sure camera and PC in the same local area network,  what's more, upgrade camera firmware to the latest versoin in APP timely.

If you don't exactly read my post or don't understand it, please stay away from giving senseless answers!

Again: The cam is working when it starts, but a few minutes later the webinterface doesn't respond anymore, while an active videostream is still running.
So everything is configured correctly, because it works for a while! But it fails after some time.

Dear Sir/Maddam,
you are advised to use our APP to add camera, not in web browser way.
