Hello support person,
I have two cameras, C16s and c7824W. I bought it from September 2018 with two 16G memory cards sandisk. After a month of use, the C16s camera has a memory card error. My memory card cannot record files and cannot reformat with a computer. I have replaced two similar memory cards (100% new memory card) and have similar errors. (The memory card cannot be formatted successfully, but can still see the old video on the card - for example: day 02/12/2018 stops recording, after formatting with the camera, it still exists on the card).
C16s camera has a formatting error with two memory cards sandisk and one transend..
On February 5, my C7824W camera was similar, the card failed to record (February 10 review only until February 5 and cannot be reformatted with camera or computer).
Why are my cameras both so? I have broken three sandisk 16G memory cards (2 with C16s + 1 with C7824W) and 1 transend 8G card ...
All I said above are completely true.
