Seem that  the problems is with my 3 "old" cameras. I bough 8 new cameras and they works "OK" in different places. . A few months ago  I've updated the firmware to the latest version 48.71.75.79 (CH71.0.1.10) for cameras 1 to 3.
Now, I noticed that the cameras are working and recording into the SD  (TF) but i'm not able to access. I've tried with Eye4 in windows, in android,  also tried by web access but the cameras are OFFLiNE.
Curiously, I found the camera in the network with the IP camera Finder for a little time  (and also the PING command to camera is responding) but the next day is offline.
My current workaround is reset the camera every day. but sometimes I loose the connection in a couple of hours.
My next step will be to try with a wired connection but is not a final solution taking into account that i need the wifi connection as a main feature
Is there any other workaround or a fix for my cameras?

I noticed that:
*the newest cameras are able to upgrade the firmware to the  48.53.75.125  version (note that seem that older than cameras 1 to 3),  just in case I've only upgraded 1 newest camera.. and currently is working fine
*SOme features like multi camera, email  notification,  ftp an others features are not present in the newest cameras
*Older cameras are not able to use the cloud storage service, even after the firmware upgrade.

On the other hand I've tried with a Static IP in port 81 for the web access, I've reseted (to default) the camera. I've exchange the cameras in order to get a better wifi connection but the problem persist,  newest cameras works in the place that the oldest not.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your message,  Sorry, now our camera cannot support FTP , email notification in web client,  
now our cameras are dynamic IP , the http port is not fixed as 81 again.

Dear Sir/.Madam,
The issue of ‘offline’ may caused by various factors, however, in most of cases, it is caused by network problems. you are advised to wired connect camera, upgrade camera's firmware in time.

just..  could you please send me (share) all old firmwares? my current version is 48.71.75.79 (CH71.0.1.10)  - and i know is the latest...
Before the upgrade the camera was working fine.  please !!!
