firmware problem update C7824WIP

HELLO
I HAVE three CAMERAS C7824WIP failed a firmware upgrade, now it is dead.
Only the network port leds blinks when i insert a UTP network cable.

with the vstarcam upgrade windows app, with the ipcam search windows app, it just doesn't work.

What to do?  I read about files you can put on a memorycard to make it a life again.

PLEASE, I NEED THE PROCEDURE AND FILE .BIN TO RESTORE MY CAMERAS USING THE MEMORY CARD

2 CAMERAS PERMIT TO COPY THE FIRMWARE GOOD (48.53.72.104), BUT NO CAN BE ADD TO APP EYE4. I USE OTHER APP (VSCAM) AND THE CAMERA CAN BE CONFIGURE, IN THIS CASE IS ONLINE BUT NO GET VIDEO. USING THE PROGRAM IP CAMERA FINDER I CAN NOT GET THE IP DIRECTION.
CAN I USE OTHER PROCEDURE? THERE IS ONE VERSION OF THE FIRMWARE DOWNGRADE THAT WORK GOO? WHAT IS FAIL HERE? NEED YOUR HELP

Hi there,
I connect the cable and the behavior is the same, I see the camera registered in the phone or computer application as "online" but it does not show the video. The screen is black. If it can move as I want and it does not record video. Is there another version of firmware that will allow you to work better? what may be happening? thanks

Hello,

There are two things that i need tell you, about this problem whith my cameras:

* The camera only can be add to the program EYE4 using the manual method. When i use the wifi or LAN method, the system not scan the device.

* The problem whith the video beging after the software upgrade (to 48.53.72.104), using the method with sd card.

Do you can help me with the old version firmware for reinstall in the devices?

What other thing, can i do, for recovery the camera?

Hello,

Using the version CH-sys-48.53.72.91 the camera can improve:

* The camera now can be add to the system EYE4 using the WIFI method.

* Persists the problem with the video. The camera give me a black screen and say "building an encrypted channel". this detail is only i want to solve, by the moment

Please, give me your help. I have two cameras in same conditions, after last upgrade to version CH-sys-48.53.72.91 using the SD CARD method
