Can't log in eye4 app. it's show my account is used by another device. but i'm not change my device. now i want to reset the account password, pls. advise me how to do. ps. it's possible have someone hack my account?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that one account cannot be login two phones. you are advised to log the account from another one frist.
or regsiter another account to login.

Hi, I have the same issue. I bought the camera as used. When I try to connect to my network it says is already in other account. Is is possible to make a hard reset or something?
