Also, when looking for it through find vstarcam software, you don't see the UID.

The camera with UID VSTB521584PJKDU is a outdoor camera, So please connect it to your router with lan cable first.
if your windows and your phone have also connect the same router's network already, you can search camera UID in Eye4 APP. So then you can add camera to Eye4 by searching in the same lan.
