I"m using C63S camera. FW 184.108.40.206
Cant reboot the camera in the Eye4 app, I see it counting but nothing happens.
Other problem, the night vision sometimes doesn't turn on even though it's set to automatic.
At this point I want to restart it because it works fine after that. But it only works if I unplug the power supply.

I didn't write it because of the warranty, it's more of an bug report, I noticed that it does this with the new FW, I didn't have this problem before.author: candycandy time: 2022-11-7 11:51

The problem is that the camera will power up, but then shut down again. This can happen when the camera is dropped, or when you switch off the camera and then switch it on again.author: Gasmde time: 2022-12-9 17:47
