Cannot get video stream on C23

I have been trying to get video stream to work on raspberry pi ~motioneye but when i input rtsp://192.168.0.6:10554/udp/av0_0 and login/password the error "connection closed" comes up.

I have also tried to use VLC player, Blue iris and onvif device manager.None of which have been successful. I can connect using the web interface and mobile phone
ONVIF device manager Can find the camera , loads a thumbnail and can even move PTZ but no video, blue iris is the same.

Thanks for your message，sorry for my delay reply, please connect camera and computer in the same local area network via router/switch, take VLC player for example,
the RTSP URL format is incorrect,  please add camera "username " and "password" to URL,  such as
"rtsp://admin :888888@192.168.1.160:10544/udp/av0_0

Thanks for your reply，  Generally,  all our camera have tested to be OK before sale,  what is more, our APP, such as Eye4 and eyecloud works well currently。Our camera can support VLC player , please use in the following URL format: rtsp://admin :888888@192.168.1.160:10544/udp/av0_0 ,  in addition， reinstall  VLC with newest version to try.

as you can see the camera is working on eye4 and via browser ONVIF can move the camera but no video but the thumbnail is correct

2, log in IP camera in ODM player,  As shown in picture BBS111
3, then you can open " video streming"
