how to download SD card file to mobile?

having a C7824WIP, it seems that the ftp function is no longer supported.

tried the eye4 apps on android, it's okay...but

how would i am able to transfer video records on SD card to another source (either my mobile or ftp is okay)?

if i cannot EASILY copy out these video files, it defeats the purpose of this camera. basically anyone could just take away the SD card...

alternatively, could you guys open a port for the SD card, from which the card can mounted/managed?

guess i should use 24059 as my port number here. but it seems that authentication is needed.

Thanks for your message, you have said so much, but what is your trouble in using our camera?
If you want to download SD card video files, Please take out SD card and plug it into card reader,
then you can plug card reader into computer's USB interface, download vedio files。
what is more, for the SD card player,you can visit the following link to download Video player:

Thanks for your message,  some firmware still have the FTP or SMTP setting page, but they are unvailable,
So, please don't use FTP and SMTP function, in addition, please update the firmware to the latest firmware version timely。
