C7815WIP - wrong UID in software - can not connect through p2p

Hi,
I just got 3 cameras C7815WIP

The problem is that one of them has something like default UID (I thing its wrong) when I connect to camera on LAN. UID is different then this one phisically on camera and is: VSTC 000000 ABCDE.

So everything is ok except connecting through p2p - when I use both UID numbers (from camera and soft) it shows incorrect UID.

is there any way to correct this?

I tried to upgrade firmware (auto) but it shows unknown error.

Where can I get bin file with firmware?

Thanks for your message, VSTC 000000 ABCDE is default UID, cannot be use,
So please tell me you camera UID to me, the UID that have been printed in camera body label,
I will send you the corresponding UID and Verification Code， and tell you how to rewritten UID.
