What's wrong with your camera after upgrade?

I have a T6836WTP cam and after upgrading firmware over the app it's "stuck" can't get the IP, it does not show up on router or even arp -a is there any way to install firmware over SD? Can you send me the firmware?

If you encrypt it with WiFi, you won't be able to connect. If you don't encrypt it, you will be connected. Please fix FirmWare.

Thank you for contacting us!
Regarding this issue, I would suggest you to uninstall the app and re-install it,  reset the cam and reconfigure it, then upgrade the firmware of the cam to the latest one in the Eye4 APP , and test again.
