Invalid id on Android App

My Camera is C34S-X4, after setup and use for 1 week. I can not connect to Camera.
I had to power off-on. After restart the camera, things seem ok. But after some hour, i can not connect to camera again.

When i try to connect on Android it shown me "invalid id".  I have to power off-on again. Then everything work!.

Any suggestion?

Firmware : 48.63.204.99

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your message,  Firstly, confirm your APP version, please update it to the latest version timely,
you can also tell me your camera UID or you can give me the camera label.

Dear Sir,
In your previous message, You have said that Android APP have "Invalid ID", the reason is that, The VSTF is new UID type, The older APP version impatiable with
this new ID, So you need to upgrade camera firmware to the latest version, what is more, update the APP to the latest version.

I'm sure my camera firmware and application version are up to date for both mobile and PC. below are detail.

Camera Firmware version: 48.63.204.99
Eye4 version: 5.0.12
PC Client version: 1.3.1.2

Now i've fixed the problem with rebooting camera every morning. If you have any more suggestion please help me.

the UID with prefix “VSTF”  is the latest UID , So you must update your phone APP,

First, delete the APP from your phone and then download a new one.
if failed, and also invalid UID,  please tell me the UID of this camera. I will check it for you.
