My Camera is C34S-X4, after setup and use for 1 week. I can not connect to Camera.
I had to power off-on. After restart the camera, things seem ok. But after some hour, i can not connect to camera again.

When i try to connect on Android it shown me "invalid id".  I have to power off-on again. Then everything work!.

Any suggestion?

Firmware : 48.63.204.99

Thank you for your response. Today my camera cannot connect again. It's always show "Connecting". Please help

I'm sure my camera firmware and application version are up to date for both mobile and PC. below are detail.

Camera Firmware version: 48.63.204.99
Eye4 version: 5.0.12
PC Client version: 1.3.1.2

Now i've fixed the problem with rebooting camera every morning. If you have any more suggestion please help me.
