C16S - Eye4 Android and Windows problem (offline)

Hi.
I have 2 cameras VStarCam C16S, configured and accessible via WebInterface, devices found by IP Camera Finder, I can see the stream http://10.0.0.XX:YYY/monitor2.htm.
But there is no way I can see the stream or configure them in Eye4 for Android or Windows. There is one camera visible as device on VStarCam account, but it is Offline, and no way to add another camera.  There is no way to access recordings or even configure advanced parameters for alarms.

Upgraded firmware (48.53.203.95), and upgraded Eye4 app 1.3.1.3 (in Windows). Eye4 for Android behaves very similar.

How to fix it (I can see that devices are working but have no way to use it as monitoring devices) ?

It is not related to network condition, because one of cameras is connected using ethernet cable, WiFi connection is very stable. I noticed that at first attempts of pairing cameras to Eye4 (android) was successfull, but for some reason it stopped to work. Connection using IP Camera Finder or WebInterface of camera works very stable - so it seems is related to "cloud part of Eye4" for Eye4. I will send UID as PW (I assume it is rather private information).

Checked my Eye4, after login to Eye4 there is no cameras assigned to my Eye4 account (Android and PC as well).

I changed passwords several times, did factory reset many times and successfully connected cameras to another access point and wifi networks - in terms of pairing with your apps it does not work as it should to. There is another app in Play marketplace - VSCam, it finds cameras in LAN (UIDs are shown properly, so the cameras are working fine and and are visible), but can't connect to them as well, so the problem is related to not working pairing functionality of your apps, cloud or camera web interface.

How can I help you to solve the problem ?

Please read Eye4 instructions (http://www.eye4.so/FAQ/wp-conten ... ed-Instructions.pdf , pages 11 - 16, chapters 10 - 13.
All chapters mentioned above are related to cemera parameters , without this PC app (or Android version) there is no other way to set motion detection actions or download recordings from camera to PC because you have removed FTP services from Web App.

So without working Eye4 this device functionality is limited to live stream (15 fps only) and is very highly overpriced - it should cost no more then 25% of current price.
