Hello I've owned my C7823WIP for a few months now and have some issues with it that may be able to be solved. I use this device to record 24/7 to an SD card.  I also use it to check in and view whats going on.

1.  Disconnects from wireless constantly.  - It seems like ever other day I have to perform a factory reset in order to get the device to connect on my 2.4 Ghz wireless SSID.  

2.  If I don't look at the camera for days it just stops recording - I had periods where nothing was recorded.  Only once I've done a factory reset does it start recording again.  This has happened once and it did not record a video that it should have.

3.  No audio is recorded - I had turned on the option to record Audio but it never does record audio.  When I go back to the setting it's always off.  I would like to have it record Audio so that it can show what noise is going on incase of Noise complaints.

The firmware on the camera is the latest  48.53.75.113.

I see some other people have similar issues.

for the Audio issue, I have set it on.  The problem is that it turns itself off for no reason.
For the wireless disconnect issue I have multiple devices connected to the 2.4 Ghz SSID, no other device has issues with disconnecting.  Only a factory reset will get it to connect back to the wifi.  I'm starting to think I have a defective unit.

Dear Sir/Madam,
1,Firstly, update the APP to the latest version, we have released new version, what is more,  Please make sure your wireless router with powerfull signal。
2,  set 24/7 hours recording first, Format SD card, you'd better install SD card into card reader, format to FAT32 or ExFAT via computer.
3,No audio, Do you playback in APP?  you can play vidio with audio in APP, if play in other media player, it must support play h.264 files.

This information may help others with the wireless issue.

The camera only supports 2.4 Ghz  B.  With hardware that supports B you only have channel 1, 6, 11.  My router for 2.4Ghz was set to Auto.  Once I set it to 1, 6 or 11 the device is accessible when it wasn't before.

Firstly, please reset your camera and add it to phone APP,  I am sure it will return to normal after reset.
