C7815WIP RTSP not working

I have just purchased a Vstar C7815WIP camera and upgraded it to the latest software 48.53.75.115. I am able to get it to connect to wireless and show on the Eye Cloud software. What I am unable to get is the RTSP path to work I have used RTSP://XX.XX.XX.XX:10554/tcp/av0-0 and there is no video. I have also tried RTSP://XX.XX.XX.XX:10554/udpp/av0-0 and still no video. Is there something wrong with this latest software or am I using the wrong RTSP path?

Thanks for your message, if you want to open RTSP path, please add camera username and password,
for example, rtsp://admin:888888@192.168.1.121:10554/udp/av0_0
