C33-4x can't connect from phone

I used to connect to my C33-4x from the Eye4 apps on my iPhone, and few weeks ago it stopped connecting.

I can connect from my PC at home within the same network and find that the factory DDS is not responding.

Do you have the latest DDS address? The old one I have is http://domqe.gocam.so.

Dear Sir/Madam,  Thanks for your message,  if the camera only works in PC when camera and PC in the same network, but failed in iphone,
please check your router network, you can reset your router, add camera to APP again.  DDS address is not changed.
