C7838WIP firmware for SD flash

\n\nDear Admin,

I am having problem with my C7838WIP camera, after updating firmware to the latest version I cannot access the camera anymore.
The camera can still be detected on VStarcam firmware upgrade software. I have tried to update the firmware again but it fails and showing the following error message:

8/11/2018 12:20:33 PMevice connected normally
8/11/2018 12:20:35 PM:Failed on reading present version information.

This happened after firmware update, while previously I have updated firmware many times without any problems.
Seems like there was a problem during my latest firmware update.

Have tried to reset, update from Eye4 software.. all did not work. My only hope is to update directly from SD-Card.
I believe the latest firmware version is: 48.50.64.86
Can you send me the firmware for above or newer, so I can update the firmware from SD-card.

Thanks for your message,  the attachment is the firmware zip file, please unzip it first.
please following the way below to upgrade firmware: 1, Format SD card, power off camera   2, Copy firmware file to SD card, plug SD in to card slot.  3, power on camera.

Thanks for the uploading firmware file.
I have downloaded it and copy it to SD following your instruction. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as the camera cannot boot and do firmware updating.
Is there any other to do the firmware update? Thanks for your help.

On other questions, instead of sending the wholecamera back to VS factory which may not cost effective for back and forth shipping, I am thinking of if we will be able to buy the mainboard parts, so we can just replace the bricked firmware with new working mainboard? Please advise if I will be able to get it. Thanks so much.

Or like others , if you have experience , you can get a serial 2 usb , and solder if necessary , wires to the rx , tx ,  and gnd pins at the main board , and see on screen what is failing to load , and based on that fix

Shipping in China is free , that’s why they ask you to send it back to them
Shipping to China for the rest of the world , in some cases it’s more than the camera full price
And kind of dumb to wait 2 months ( shipping time both ways ) for a 2 minutes fix
