C33-X4 stops rotating and zooming

Hello,
First of all I am a great fan of Vstarcam, I have a total of 6 diferent Vstarcam camera's and I have never ever a problem,
they are working perfect.
Until a few weeks ago, my C33-X4 suddenly stopped rotating, and I can't zoom in anymore.
I got it off the wall, and carefully took it appart. I noticed that the BLUE led wasn't blinking anymore.
I carefully checked all the cables and connectors inside which was all perfect.
Then suddenly that BLUE led started to blink again. So I mouted it back onto the wall again.
This happend 3 more times.. and now yesterday it stopped rotating and zooming again.

The curent firmware is: 48.63.72.102. I do have a feeling that my problem has to do with the firmware.
Please can you send me previous firmware (before the 48.63.72.102)  So I can give that a try.

I allready found older firmware and tried it in my camera.
Nothing changed, so its still stuck No rotating and no zooming.

Until now I tried:
Rebooting the camera
did a factory reset
changed firmware to previous firmware

what else can I give a try ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have send you the firmware zip files, please unzip them before using it.
98 version is the old, and the 103 version is the latest version.

Hi Thank you so much,

I tried it but unfortunatly with no result. My camera is still not turning or zooming.
I also changed my powersupply  but that didn't helped also.

Do you have another thing that I can try..?
perhaps another Web UI version..?  Now I have the EN65.11.1.11

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your message, please reset camera and then add it camera to APP again,
Make sure the current camera firmware is the latest version.

FOUND the solution !!

When I DISCONNECT the LAN cable and used my camera on my WIFI network
my camera:  7833WIP-X4 keeps on working perfect for a lot of months allready !!

Thanks for your kindly reply , for most situation, it is caused by network problem.
So you can fixed it by connecting again.
