VstarCam D26S offline

I have two D26S cameras.  Both are using firmware 48.64.203.20.  The new firmware have problems.  They will stop recording to the SD card after a couple of days.

One of the cameras has gone offline and will not work anymore.  I have used the reset hole to completely reset and restart the camera.  I can use the EyeCloud software to add the camera and it goes through the process but the camera always shows as offline.  I've used the camera ID from the sticker on the bottom and I've also used the speaker on my phone to do the wireless method.  It appears to work but when the camera shows in EyeCloud it is offline.

This camera is 10 feet from my wireless router.  The router shows a very good signal from the camera, and it shows an IP address for the camera.  So the issue is not my wireless router.

If anyone has anything for me to try I would appreciate it.

Thanks for your message, For SD card recording, you are advised to format SD card, plug it to card reader, format it to FAT32 or exFAT via PC,

Both D26S cameras are offline now.  I tried following the Cameras Offline PDF.  It did not do any good.  The cameras both show offline now.  
They have been working for over a year now and suddenly this firmware breaks everything.

I can sort of make things work by using the IP Camera Finder software.  I've used that to downgrade firmware.  Even after that, it still does not work.
I know these cameras are working. I can see them sending traffic on my network and I can see that they have an IP address.

Adding these back into the Eye Cloud software only shows them as offline.  Whatever you did in this firmware really messed things up.. Please fix it.
