Regarding the offline issue, please refer to the guide in this link for troublesho ...
VSTARCAM, obviously the cameras aren't working and your reference to the document saying "if camera is offline" DOES NOT WORK!!!! Please update your firmware, and post it so we can download it.
I chatted with you guys a few days, ago, and you gave the same run-around. When i told you it didn't work, you guys just stopped responding. Is this company not good enough to support their cameras? If that's the case, I will star leaving negative reviews on every site i can get my voice out to. I will start to let all social media sites that you guys don't support your cameras!! Please solve this ASAP. it shouldn't take days from a reputable company, it should take hours.
