C7816WIP eye4 status is Offline

Hi.
The C7816wip uid: VSTA... has firmware:  48.54.72.102 web-app: EN53.8.1.14 and I can do all the things with cam via http without any issue but eye4 SuperIPCam.exe, Vstarcam IP Camera Super Client "can not connect to camera" and eye4 iPhone mobile client says "the status of cam is "Offline" ". Camera was registered at 2017-12-06. I suppose that camera registration info does not correspond to server registration info. So could you re-registry my camera? Or please give me a suggestion to solve this issue. Thanks.
