Hi,

I have 2x C16s camera and one of them has a problem with “motion detection recording”.

I have exactly the same settings on both cameras.
1.        Motion detection recording
2.        Client notification OFF

The first one is working without any problems since day one.

The other one stops recording from time to time when “motion detection” is activated.
If I change it to “Recording” I can see the recording files in the SD card. It is not an SD card issue.
I tried upgrading to the latest version 117 but nothing changed.

I must inform you that on this camera, detection sensitivity is not the same at the center and the edges of the camera.
If I am at the center of the camera the detection is more sensitive than on the edges.

Should I return the camera and demand a replacement?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your messages,  set motion detection recording, you must open camera settings--->alarm-->open motion detection alarm,
detection sensitivity, the High value is more sensitvie than middle, the middle more sensitive than the lower.
what's more, please reset camera to factory settings, then add camera to APP again.
