D26S offline for Eye4 but works in IP Camera Find

Camera has been working well then suddenly stopped working in Eye4 on Android and Windows 10 pc.

On Android the message is "off-line" and in Windows it is "unable to connect to camera"

I've upgraded to latest firmware.

The camera functionality is ok using the IP Camera Find application on Windows

Please help

Thans for your quick reply. I have made the required change of UID and Verification code. The device rebooted but the Android application does not find the camera.

I removed and reinstalled the Eye4 application. It asks for an account name and password. I used the Forgot password for my account however it does not allow me to change it.  I get a message "the mailbox is not bound"  How can I get into my account to continue?

Please note that
a, if you forget both account username and password, please register a new account;
b,Forget only password but have not bound email before, please register a new account;
c,Forget password but remember username and bound email before, you can  retrieve password by sending email.
