C16S Snapshot

Dear Sirs,
I just want to know if there is a snapshot.cgi command for C16S IP Camera to retrieve the Hi Res (1920x1080 or 1280x720) still image.
I don't mean the video stream: I mean the snapshot.

Opening http://[camera ip address]:[camera ip port]/snapshot.cgi?user=admin&pwd=888888
I get the 320x180 image.

With the "Eye4" application for Windows, the "snapshot" button gives the low resolution image (320x180) even when the hi-resolution stream is selected.
How to get the high resolution snapshot?

\n\nFrom Within my Windows 10 Desktop the eye4 app gives me 1280x720 2.6 MB size images from 'snapshot button' on the camera viewing pane. The Camera Control GUI video quality setting is set to maximum.

Thanks for your message, please use our APP to take snapshot, it will be 1080P;
Please select High resolution.
