I already tried to power off the camera for 5 minutes and power it on again, I also reset the camera to factory defaults but the problem persists.
It doesn't seem to be a lens problem. It seems more a CCD/sensor problem, isn't it?
I bought it from the internet and it was delivered from China, so I don't know if there is any chance to receive service support in Italy.
Is there any vStarcam support center in Europe?
