Hi,

Is there any update on C22Q web interface? When i open the web client in chrome browser, i do not find much options like push to talk in its interface. Looks like the web interface is of older version flashed with the camera.

hi,

i used IE browser and downloaded the ocx player to view full feature list and video streaming. I can see the full feature list, but the video streaming is not working. i can see only black screen. if i open it in chrome browser, the rtsp streaming works perfectly. Can you please check the ocx issue?

You are advised use our PC APP or phone APP to monitor camera.

Browser based moitoring only support when camera and  PC in the same local area network,

Camera and PC are connected int he same home network. But still i cannot live view it from Internet Explorer.

Thanks for your message, please make sure the camera IP address and Http port are correct,
you can do reset and test again.

Hey. Installation points do not work for me. Both in the mobile application and on the PC they are installed, but then the camera does not respond to them.
