Renewal of Cloud storage paid but not working

Hi!
I have renewed my cloud storage and it says date January 9, 2019 and March 9, 2019 for  my cameras.
I can see that the payment has worked but I'm not able to use cloud storage.
The only availale choice is Renewal when I go into Cloud Storage from my Eye4 app.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Cloud storage is not for free, you should pay for use.
