Last night I set up two cameras and paid $0.99 for the 3-Month trial (renewal) for each camera.

Now, I have a some questions regarding the Cloud service.

1. How do I setup the camera to record to the "Cloud" and not the local storage of my computer and/or smartphone?

2. How do I access the "Cloud" account to view the recorded video?

3. I thought the cameras/videos could be accessed via web browser, is this possible?


Please help...

Dear Sir/Madam, I give you the following answers,
1,  Cloud storage is only record motion detection video clips, So you need to open camera's motion detection settings in APP,
2,  if you want to view cloud records, just open APP, click on setting-->cloud storage;

Hello, the link to cloud leads somewhere else and not to the cloud. I have paid for the trial but nothing has changed, I have no access to the cloud, please how can that be solved?

Hi, Sir/Madam,
Please follow the follow ways to deal with this issue:
1. Update your phone APP to the latest version.
2. Go to phone settings-->Alarm settings-->disable "motion detection alarm".
