I have a problem with connection between Vstracam C17s and Onvif client

I just brought C17S camera then i tried to connect it with Synology Surveillance Station and the error occurred: as picture below:

Then i tried to connect with another Onvif client and this error happened:

So this my camera info, please help to figure out the problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please reset camera to factory settings and test it again ,  C17S can support ONIVF 2.4.
