Hi ,

Unable to connect the camera .

My Camera is list in cameras but I can not upgrade firmware . I resetted the camera but it now answering . I tried the manul upgrade it failed . Pls Could you help me ?

Thanks for your message, tell me your camera firmware version , you'd better give me a picture on firmware page,
I think your camera's current firmware version is too old. you can upgrade via SD card.
