c24, cannot locate with ip camera finder app

I cannot locate either of my cameras with the ip finder app.  They are working in the eye4 app.

While the instructions are great. I had no problems using it until the last firmware update.  It is unable to find the cameras. I was able to determine the IP by looking at the DHCP leases in my router in relation to the mac addresses of the devices but I still don;t know what port the web access is on.  I tried a port scanner, but the camera is not responding to it, so it is unable to determine the port.

Hi, the IP camera is dynamatic IP , so the http port is change after every reboot.
