I have been using the PC Eye4 app for a while to monitor, configure and manage about 20 cameras. In the past week or two I've run into problems getting the camera parameters. The camera works fine - image displays, PTZ works, web UI works. I just can't get the "GET" button on the Camera Parameters tab to work. It always returns an "Unable to connect to camera" error message. At first it was only on the new C16S camera I was trying to add, but now it seems every camera returns this error.
I've tried reinstalling the app, resetting the camera and rebooting everything. Any other ideas? |
