C18S Show offline in eye4 app

Please help me I try to config by LAN of Wifi but It's show same offline in eye4 app.
My Firmware Version is 48.75.203.16

I try to downgrade to 48.75.203.14 but It's same problem.

Please advise me how to slove this case.

Hi,  you are advise to plug lan cable, to check the network light,  if the light is on, the camera will online.
if light is not on, please change lan cable or reset camera to add it to APP again.

Yes, I'm ready to do as your advise. Network light is on but eye4 is show offline.
I open in web browser. It's show normally.

I have 6 VstarCam camera but only 1 for this model. Another model can use eye4 app normally but this model can not.
Please advise me how to do.

Dear Customer,
Change the network environment, or change another phone to test again.
the offline problem is mostly caused by network problem.

I need to know if I can get a external power supply (Solar Power panel) with small battery to power this in a remote location without any power. I need to record directly to the SD card as there will also be no internet avail in this rural area and no cell service. I don't mind having to change out a SD card to view the files, just want it to record 7x 24 day & night with motion detected.  Any suggestions? TIA........I have been looking at the C18S camera
