Dear customer ,
Please downgrade the attached firmware as the following way:
1. Power off the camera.
2. Unzip the attached firmware and put the .bin file to your SD card(don't put it to any directory files, put it directly to the SD card).
3. Plug the SD card to the camera.
4. Power on the camera, the firmware will be upgraded automatically in 5 mins.
5. Reset the camera and re-configure it from the beginning, check if it works.

after firmware upgrade , my camera is dead cannot access at all.please send me a copy of older or workable firmware . my email address is dlogictech@gmail.com
My camera is C7824WIP
UID is VSTB-286660-URLDP

Why did you upgrade camera firmware ?
if you  use different firmware version to upgrade your camera , the camera will be dead.
Please email to support4@vstarcam.com to report your camera problem again.

Why did you upgrade camera firmware ?
if you  use different firmware version to upgrade your camera , the camera will be dead.
