C7824WIP Problem offline and can't update

Hello,

I have C7824WIP IP Camera with night vision. It was previously working fine for a long time but now it is getting offline and I have to take off the power and power it on again for it to become online again. It works then perfect but after some time becomes offline again, not always the same, sometimes 1 hour sometimes more even a day.

There is no problem with the internet the internet signal is very strong wifi and I have another Vstarcam IP camera further away from the router and it is without any problems.

I try reset the camera twice it did not fix it and it is not able to update from APP on the iPhone (latest version) it say "wait 90 seconds" and nothing happens.

Please lets fix it because very good products otherwise.

You are advised to use TF card to upgrade camera firmware, please send me the camera's current firmware version first,
or tell me the camera UID, I will send firmaref file to you and tell how to upgrade via TF card.

Could you please send me the firmware file and the instruction how to upgrade via TF card

Hi, Sir/Madam,
Now the firmware version is the latest version,  Offline problem is mostly caused by network problem.
if wifi connection, please reset camera , connect your phone to router wifi, and readd it to phone APP again.
if wired connetion with lan cable, you can restart your router or change router to test.

i have the same problem, there is a red dot next to “firmware”
i have upgraded it many time but the version is still not up-to-date
i have waited more than 90 seconds but not updated
