please install firmware to a TF card, then intall TF card into this camera. then power on camera.
it will auto upgrade after restart.

Hi, Sir/Madam,
you can upgrade it via TF card. the operation steps as follows:
1. Prepare a SD card, copy the latest version files to SD card.   Firmware download URL:  http://download.eye4.cn/fm/UP_Firmware/CH-sys-48.50.64.86.bin
2. Power off camera, then insert SD card to your camera's card slot;
3. then power on camera, it can auto upgrade after restart.

I have the same problem with this camera. I wrote tons of emails to the support team, opened post here in the forum, but no ones replies....

My camera is connected via LAN and router connectivity is perfect.

The problem is with the firmware of this camera that is very bad!!!
