Dear Customer,
Video clips saved in cloud service cann't support download.
Please explain to me, why should I pay for the recording if I can't see them.
Do I need anything else to download these videos?
two days were saved and yet in the cloud options, it says 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year. Tell me please, what does this mean?
Besides, how do I log into my account again?
