TF Card record problem

My new VStar cam C7834 WIP can record only 3 times 15 minutes to the 32GB TF Card. After that, there is no record. Do you have any idea about the problem? By the way, I have formatted TF Card many times.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You  are advised to format your SD card, you'd better prepare a card reader, then format SD card to FAT32 via computer.
What's more, please go to your phone APP, enter SD card setting, set recording mode.
