Firmware upgrade failed - C7837WIP

Hi!
I have a VSTARCAM C7837WIP with version 48.53.75.116
IP Camera Finder Smart Upgrade detect new version 48.53.75.125, but failed to upgrade to:

It had version48.53.75.115 and I upgrade manual to 48.53.75.116 with archive that I find in https://www.vstarcam.com/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=245446 without problems.

Why smart upgrade failed?

Can you send me or put here the firmware file version 43.53.75.125 for manual upgrade to this version?

I have already managed to upgrade to version 48.53.75.125.
There was an error in the configuration of the gateway of the camera that had not been detected because it is only used on the LAN, and after solving it it has been updated correctly.

Thank you for your feedback!
Please download the software "IP Camera Finder " on your windows computer .
Then make sure the camera and computer work at the same network .
Then open the software " IP Camera Finder " to see if can detect  your camera IP address .
If yes , please tell me your camera current firmware version .

IP camera finder not show the camera..
The camera is live only with ping command.

Thank you for your feedback!
If the software " IP Camera Finder " cannot detect your camera IP address , there is no method to make your camera work .

If IP camera finder cannot find the camera, there is still a possibility for a serial connection:
open the camera and connect to the serial port. Via the serial port you can start telnetd which then allows you to run connect to the camera via telnet.
Via TFTP you can download the firmware into the tmp folder, rename it to post1.bin and then run upgrade.sh.
