Vstarcam C7833 X4

Please, I need help with a Vstarcam C7833WIP-X4 camera that I bought some time ago. When I opened it for cleaning, a cable (the thinnest one) that is connected to the circuit board was detached, but I don't know where exactly I should connect it, can you help me with a scheme or video?.
Further, sometimes my camera is fixed and does not respond to the pan / tilt remote control, can it be through this cable?

the antenna interface is on the camera motherboard. the antenna cable must thought the pedestal and then connect to the motherboard.
