DOORBELL D1 push service didnt work anymore

The push function has not worked for more than 2 weeks. I tried to make it back to the factory but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

Firstly, please go to your phone settigns, open all notifications or permissions for Eye4.

Dear customer ,
Please try the following methods:
1. Please uninstall the APP and install it from Google play or Apple store. 
2. Please exit your APP account and re-login. 
3. Please close the APP from the background of your phone and re-open it and test. 
4. Please open all permission for the APP Eye4 on the 'settings' tab of your phone. 
5. Please delete doorbell from eye4 app. 
6. Please unpower off the outdoor unit , remove battery from the indoor unit . then power on them  after 2 minutes . 
7. Please reset them again , then configure its network .  Check it if get  visitor image .

Hello
the camera has stopped working  notifications
when reinstalling (application (reset all)) and reconnecting the d1 doorbell to wifi. factory reset d1 doorbell. The d1 doorbell connects to the wifi, the sound signal in the receiver in the socket works and there is no information about any notifications in the application.
SDKver: 1.3.0
160mhz
D1 Ver: 1.1.2.13.
Is there any firmware update for esp8266 ??

Dear customer ,

3. Please exit your APP account and re-login. 
4. Please close the APP from the background of your phone and re-open it and test. 
5. If it still does not work, please remove the cam from the APP, reset the cam to factory default, then re-add it and test again. 
6. Please open all permission for the APP Eye4 on the 'settings' tab of your phone.

After all above settings, if there is still no detection push,please provide us the following info for locating the root cause of the issue:
1) Please check if there is motion detection notification in the ‘Message’ tab of the APP.
2)  Please provide us the APP account name .For this issue, please mail to support3@vstarcam.com to let's check that.
