trouble connection model C33-X4

I am having problem with my C33 -X4 camera, after updating firmware to the latest version I cannot access the camera anymore. can you send me firmware, for install throught for micro sd, pls, thank so you for your attention ande reply. have good day.

Hi， In fact , nothing wrong with the firmware upgrade.  maybe it caused by network problem.
please connect camera to router with lan cable first to add camera.

For indoor camera, you can buy camera with pan-tilt, such as  C24S , C37S,
For outdoor camera, you can buy C34S-X4, C32S-X4, C31S-X4.
