hi dear sir i have problem about Eye4 it show message "The password of the IP camera is incorrect."  on the
bottom of Eye4
screen windows, please introduction me  solve this broblem.

Hi, Sir/Madam,
please delete camera from APP, reset it and readd it to phone APP again.
the camera password will return to 888888 after reset.

I solved this problem on windows app with these steps, copy the UID of the camera on the camera options, remove the camera from the app, add new camera, insert the copied UID (don't click FIND) and insert the camera password....click OK.

I got the same problem... incorrect password on the android app.

Remove, add on windows and it is working on windows, but android phone still says "incorrect password"

Any hint?

Dear customer
Firstly , at the  phone Eye4  , you enable the camera plaintext password , and set password  to be only  numbers .
Then login same   Eye4 account on computer , the camera will auto authorize viewing .  If  you want to view this camera with another APP , such IE browser or NVR , you need to input this Plaintext password to IE or NVR.
Camera username is admin

I believe that is a bug in the Android app. I reset my camera and added it several times, but it did not solve the problem. I then try resetting my camera and adding the camera via iPhone - problem solved!

As gbrossi said, Windows may be able to solve this as well. (You may need to reset the camera first.)
