Hi,
I have reset it many times, but it still doesn't work in EYE4 app.
However, C13S camera is good in N800 NVR ( EYE4 NVR2 app). I think that its firmware was faulty, please send the C13s firmware to me and i will update the firware for it (UID : VSTG718965MKZCP).
